Today, we are gonna talk about new wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation. They are called Dyplay ANC Shield Pro. Probably, these are one of the cheapest TWS earbuds with active noise cancellation. Their price is about $90.
As you understand, the main feature of Dyplay Shield Pro is ANC. Also, they have transparency mode, 9.2mm dynamic driver, up to 32 hours of playtime on a single charge, and other features.

Unboxing
So, the new earbuds from Dyplay company comes in this box. You can make sure that these are ANC Shield Pro by the inscription on the front.
On the back, we can see the charging case with earbuds, and main features, such as broadband hybrid ANC, pass-through mode, 9.2mm driver, Bluetooth 5.0, etc.
Inside the box, there is a quite compact charging case. The earbuds are already inside the case.
There is also another box in the package with a USB Type-C cable, user manual, and extra eartips of black and orange colors. That’s very good. I like these orange eartips.
Design
As you can see, I have a black version of earbuds. However, they are also available in the white version with a white charging case and earbuds.
The charging case of Dyplay ANC Shield Pro is quite compact. It is 70 by 40 by 30 mm. The weight with earbuds inside is 47 grams.
On the front, we can see four LED lights that say about the battery level of the charging case.
On the back, there is a USB C charging port.
By the way, on the bottom, you can read the specifications of the charging case, for example, 360mAh battery capacity.
Opening the case, we can see two earbuds. They take up almost all the space inside the case.
The earbuds are not very compact. The last week I tested the smallest earbuds, and you can see that they are much smaller than Dyplay earbuds.
Anyway, Dyplay ANC Shield Pro has an ergonomic design, so they fit comfortably.
The earbuds have a company logo, LED indicator, and noise-cancelling microphone on the outside. The second noise cancelling mic is inside the earbuds.
By the way, you cannot see it, but Dyplay earbuds have a touch control button under the logo.
You know, I didn’t find any information about water resistance on the Amazon page or official website. Most likely, Dyplay ANC Shield Pro is not designed to be used underwater or for active sports.
Connection
When you connect the earbuds to the smartphone for the first time, you need to take them out of the charging case at the same time, and they will be automatically power on and go in pairing mode.
Then, go to Bluetooth settings on your device, and choose dyplay ANC Shield Pro.
That’s all!
The next time you can use the left or right earbuds, separately, or both of them at the same time.
Control Functions
One of the main features of Dyplay ANC Shield Pro is ANC mode. A little later, I will tell you how it works, but now I want to show you how to enable it.
You just need to click the left earbud to switch between ANC mode, transparency mode, and ANC off. By the way, transparency mode is another interesting feature of these earbuds. I will also tell about it later.
Of course, you can play/pause the music with a single tap on the right earbud, volume up with double press on the right earbud, and volume down on the left one, play the next song with a long press on the right earbud, and play the previous song with a long press on the left earbud, as well as call voice assistant on the mobile device with the triple press on any earbud.
Dyplay ANC Shield Pro has a built-in microphone, so you can answer the phone call with a single tap, or reject the call with the long press for about 2 seconds.
Sound Quality
OK, I promised to tell you about the ANC and transparency modes. In active noise cancelling mode, the earbuds reduce background noise to 30dB. You can really feel the difference when you are in a public place.
For example, I usually sit under a fan, and it is quite loud. However, I don’t hear any noise at all when using Dyplay ANC Shield Pro earbuds.
The background noise is really annoying, and earbuds with ANC function will help to get rid of it.
The transparency mode, or it is also called pass-through mode, allows outside sounds to enter. It is very important to hear external sounds, when you are running, cycling, or just walking near the road, where the cards can hit you.
Actually, you can switch between ANC and transparency modes, depending on where you are and what you are doing.
In general, the sound quality is average. It is not perfect, but also not bad. The earbuds have good bass and clear sound. However, the sound doesn’t differ much from other even cheaper earbuds.
Battery
Talking about battery life, in the user manual, I found that earbuds have 50mAh batteries while the charging case has a 360mAh battery.
The playtime on a single charge with ANC on is 6 hours, and 8 hours with ANC off.
The total battery life with the charging case is 24 hours with ANC ON, and 32 hours with ANC off.
You know, that’s a really good battery life. Only a few earbuds even without ANC can boast of 6 hours of playtime on a single charge.
Conclusion
So, even though the sound quality of Dyplay ANC Shield Pro is quite average, these earbuds have many other features, such as ANC mode, transparency mode, volume control, and long battery life.
Sure, you can find earbuds with the same sound as Dyplay ANC Shield Pro, but at half the price, but they will not have ANC mode. This is a killer feature of Dyplay earbuds.
